The Tech-priests of Mars are a strange lot, given to talking as if machines have souls, or something very close to it. But you're not that deep in the machine mysteries, so you're content with doing the proper rites of maintenance and use. "The power is indeed back on. Blessed be the Machine God. If the ship's remains obedient to my will then we have a hard day's work before us before we are ready to leave the warp. Systems that need calibrating and testing, capacitators that need charging. That sort of thing. So fear not, there will more more than enough to keep you busy."

Jax: "No Sir. I was making ready for the tedious business of cutting the hardlines to the cogitator core. Then suddenly power cam back online. Must be Venus found some trick. Clever lady that one." Silong responds to your call and brings the ship to red alert/action station (such as they are). Once down in the energarium you find Venus still engaged with the vessel, but she spares you enough attention to run a normal conversation: "I must say I am somewhat surprised. My earlier work suggested that I was not about to be able to cajole the ship to compliance...then I suddenly found some openings and - although I was not very hopeful beforehand - the vessel responded like a well-bred lady." One of her metal limbs affectionately touches a machine casing, deftly closing an open panel, another metal limb fastening it securely without the use of tools.

Maxi respond to any answer: "We are not prepared, who knows what kind of traps and system malfunctions that still are in the machine. I request that we go to full alert." Max moves hasty to the enginarium and seek Venus.
