Haxtes goes to the galley( The talk of food has made him hungry) and has the chef bbq him up a nice Grox steak and bring it to the star lounge. with the steak it fells natural to partake of a glass of vine and listening to the house band playing classical favorites. When you were debriefed Maxi took down all that you said about the xenos threat and put it in his report that Haxtes sent to Marr. (Maxi thinks its Ordo Xenos affairs, he calls it "Ordo Xenos plea".)

Maxi is also overseeing the Orlankan guards. He has informed Jax of the true nature of the quarantine. That it is according to Imperial tradition (not Law) and Rouge Trader tradition (and often Charter) to ward any pleas to the inquisition until an Inquisitor envoy arrives and releases the ward. (His original quarantine order as standard precaution of bio- / psio- / xeno- hazard is only in his personal reports.) The Haegum politics has become second priority for Maxi after the "Ordo Xenos plea". He has informed Haxtes of these thoughts but also reaffirmed that he acknowledge Haxtes seniority as Explicator. After he has finished his debriefing of Jeb and Parsifal he avoids them so he doesn't cause any change in their statements. Mostly he will oversee the ship security and have contact with Jax, Venus and Azhmut.

Should Maxi or Haxtes decide to interrupt Parsfial's routine he will happily recount the conversation about the picture, the alarms, the run to the bidding chamber, the fight on the stairs and his attempt to aid Haxtes as he saw it, the drive to the Inquisitor's party and the mad scramble for the wholes. He will keep going in stark, bare, detail and describe the explosion, his waking up, the matter with the mask on Jeb, the passage ways below and the encounter with the aged uncle including all he said. He will continue into out through the tunnels, the bar and the escape from what remained to the sky ship. He will speak it all plainly, frankly and honestly. He has nothing to hide from the Throne.

Jeb has few secrets about his own actions and movements. He is, after all, a simple man of simple pleasures and with a singular mind. He'll gladly tell about how he gathered up survivors, hooked up with Herrod to gather enough punch to actually be a threat to the Xenos, and left him and his men to look for his own exit when it became apparent that the doors where closing and they where supposed to die during their rearguard action. He also mentions that Parsifals arrival came as a surprise, and that he hadn't planned for him to come rushing after them - although Jeb imagines that he himself would have been worse of if that hadn't happened. He doesn't mention anything Parsifal has done or said - that's not his story to tell - just as he doesn't engage in any guesswork. There's too much room for subjectivity and individual interpretation in such things. In short Jeb's report is militaristic in its briefness and focuses primarily on his engagements and actions, and on his observations of the Xenos threat and origin.
