The vast majority of starships in the the Caixis Sector (or in the Imperium for that matter) does not have the benefit of a Navigator. In terms of number of hulls something like 90% are non-Navigated, but in terms of tonnage or cargo capacity the percentage is closer to 75%. Ships that regularly carry Navigators include military vessels above a certain size (vessels like frigates and destroyers often do without Navigators if tasked with local patrol or garrison work), the great guild heighliners, Rogue Trader vessels, and priority Adeptus Terra vessels.

The Maiden of Golgenna is a sprint trader - fast and agile, but with limited cargo space. It could work both with and without a Navigator, depending on the role it is intended to fulfill.

An Astartes assault transport is a little on the small side for a Navigator, but if employed n the rapid reaction role it might well have one aboard anyway.

The key thing to remember is that there are never enough Navigators...so that even those with access to them have to use them wisely. And of course not all Navigators are equally skilled!
