Ex-Wings of Damnation. Former Blood Angel battle barge. Now called the Angelum Fractis or Broken Angel. Word Bearer shrine ship. Has hundreds of shrines dedicated to a multitude of chaos powers, from the very small and esoteric to the great four (who have many shrines, each one dedicated to one of their many aspects). Infamously includes the moving shrine of Shamus - the Shrine next to you.

There are nearly two hundred veteran Word Bearers still on board ready to join a new host and feel the warmth of the Word once more - or join their fallen brothers in death. Moreover there are still over three hundred suits of Power Armour and almost 70 suits of terminator armour in the hallowed armoury vaults. Scavenged from their own fallen for the most part, but including a few suits liberated from other legions and chapters. This includes a few artificer armours from back in the day - unless pure protection is what you're after these suits are far superior to everything else, terminator armour included. Only Castor's own ancient Ultramarine armour is superior. The armour also has ancient weapons, even a few demon weapons considered too powerful to be wielded by any of the survivors, yet too precious to be discared. The masters of the Broken Angel have but few (40-50) gene seed left and no current scouts. So they need a new start.

The heavy task force that joins the the 10th host next is recent converts from the Gothic sector. The task force is under the command of rear admiral Xavier Von Graves, a man few would see as a traitor ever, but the faiths wanted it different in his 200 year of Imperial service he re married out of love to a younger bride, Madam Noella Von Graves, little did he know that she was a cultist in the brethren of the word in the Gothic sector and over the next 100 years after turning her husband to the idea of eternal youth together and the path there true the word and the true gods. They slowly turned the rest of the task force both from the command decks where Von Graves made sure that only those of the word got position, and from cults started on the lower decks, recruited from the rank and file and the prisoner scum that make up the crew of Imperial ships. So that at the start of the current Black crusade started the task force had fallen years before, but the time was still not right and they kept up the mask of loyalty for the first few years. Von Graves was surprised that when the gods spoke to his loyal cadre of seers and Deacons it was not in the Gothic sector that there faith awaited but in the Calixis sector in service to the 10 th host under the Apostle Castor. The Von Graves gathered the faithful and left the home docks in a blaze of fire, shooting broadside after broadside into the other ships helpless at dock wile they proclaimed the coming of the true gods and the word of blessed Lorgnar. Setting best speed for a unknown small system on the fringe of know space, the whispers of the warp all agree : this is were the destiny and the promise of life internal is.

The last ship is the Slaughter class cruiser-" Voidraptor" - one of the light Cruiser fast ships that the Servants of the false emperor has learned to hate and fear over the years. The VoidRaptor is under the command of a 10th host WB- the ancient Gargadon now more part of the ship than not(he keeps a dreadnought body so that he can transfer his coffin if he needs to live the ship(not often) The Voidraptor has taken part in recent raids( on his own initiative. he is master and commander of the ship no ? ) but the master of the ship has felt the call of his brothers in the 10th and setts all speed to join them ones more in glories combat.

A gift from noble Lion of the Dark Angles to his beloved brother lorgnar in the early days of the crusade (a gold plaque on the bride of every DD proclaims this). The DD are gilded with statues of The lion and a few smaller of Lorgnar on the outside. On the inside they have paneling and furniture of fine Caliban hard woods. Crafted to mimic the inside of ships of sail they are truly a princely gift. The squadron was given over to the minor host the 10th after the emperors great back stabbing of his children. They were now a embittering sight to Lorgnar who after the Lions refusal to join him wept for days for his brothers lost soul.(says so in the book) They have patrolled and worked as a escort for the last line ship in the 10th host reserve fleet the heavy Hades class Cruiser - Headhunter. They are in mint condition with a good crew of WB mortal followers who see this as there chance to finally get into some action after all this time.

One of the Cobras were captured relatively intact over Samson IV, the other two are older vessels (in poor condition) captured in previous battles.

 This squadron is fresh out of some daemon-haunted forge world in the Eye of Terror. Although relatively inexperienced the ships themselves are relatively sound (if a little young and untried).

The Retaliators squadron ranks among the finest Chaos destroyer squadrons out there; they are the remaining three ships of the destroyer armada that accompanied the 10th when it set out from Terra during the Great Crusade.

Sword-class Frigate. Captured from the Imperium.

Gladius-class Attack Frigate. Formerly of the Tiger's Argent. Affar received command after the loss of the Cape of Sorrows. The great Affar has quickly risen to become Mikaela's right-hand man. He likes to weave a memento of his fallen enemies into his dreadlocks – he claims it binds their souls to him and grant him power.

Gladius-class Assault Frigate. See above; scarce five hundred years after the Victory reemerged from the Warp it appeared once more. It was an exact copy of the same vessel, but with one crucial difference - those crewmen who had died aboard the Victory were alive aboard the Violence - and vice versa.

Gladius-class Assault Frigate. The Victory has a special bond with the Violence; they are the same ship, but from two different time. It sounds impossible, but within the Warp everything can become real. In this case a frigate loyal to Horus was lost under while warp drive while fleeing Terra for the safety of the Eye (even the Legions knew little of the warp currents of the Eye in those days). The ship emerged from the warp six thousand years later - but to those aboard scare a decade had passed. The Victory has a special bond to the Violence - it is said that neither ship can be destroyed as long as the other remains whole.

Dauntless-class Light Cruiser. Captured from the Imperial Navy several centuries ago. On the surface the ship still appears to be a loyalist vessels – closer examination will reveal the truth; that is has been thoroughly reconsecrated to the Word and Will of Lorgar. De-facto commander is Anointed Sergeant Melkar, Castor's (pre-10th) warleader. The second most powerful vessel of the original raider fleet.
