Chapter 0 - Prelude
This chapter deals with introducing you to the setting.
You got introduced to Xerza and the other members of Xerza's Eight: Haxtes, Maxi, Venus, Jarra, Odessa, Ignace, Silon, and Vern.
You got to join the Inquisition and the Haegum. You even saw a psychic projection of the great Inquisitor Tancred (Silon got a recorded holo instead, him being a blank and all).
You got your own ship with a personality: The Maiden of Golgenna. Very handy for later travels and travails!
You got into all sorts of trouble along the way of course...

Adventure 0.1 - Ignorance is Bliss
In this adventure you found yourself aboard the Maiden of Golgenna: The ship turned out to be a sentient Abominable Intelligence (AI) and it's captain a daemon-possessed lunatic.
You managed to deal with the captain through a little possession of your own. The ship was intimidated into cooperating - and Xerza claimed it for the Haegum. Haxtes also found his long-lost brother Jax on board. Jax was made captain and inherited the Rogue Trader warrant that came with the ship. Nice.
You also found yourself badly off course and in need of repairs...

Adventure 0.2 - Port of Call
In this adventure you ventured to the rogue human world of Corax Secudnus. A 'rogue' world is any human world that isn't part of the Imperium.
The galaxy being what it is Corax is under siege - by orks. So you'd rather not go there at all, but you've no choice. You're short on crew and in need of supplies and repairs. The fluctuating gellar field and the lack of a navigator out here in the unknown were of particular concern.
You also got to meet Inquisitor Soldevan and his team who were hunting Veiled Hand fugitives on Corax. Turned out Soldevan had been one of the engineers behind the strike on the Hand. He also turned out not to like loose ends. But he did warm a bit to Haxtes, even offering to take him into his service.
You never quite learned why the planet was under attack - not that orks need a reason for attacking humans of course, but there was a delegation from the Adeptus Mechanicus working with the ork warleader, which is hardly standard.
The final interesting bit was the presence of Protasian rebels/refugees in the Corax system. The rebels included Haxtes long-lost sister, but they never spoke. The rebels had voidships and helped stop the ork advance. Xerza made some sort of deal with them and they helped fix the Maiden and provided you with charts and a navigator.
Oh, and Haxtes has an affair with Odessa. They were playing at husband and wife at the time, so it was only natural.
Next stop: Sepheris Secundus.

With a new navigator (graciously provided by the rogue voidborn you'd met on Corax) you set course for Sepheris Secundus - an important mining world in the Golgenna reach.
Xerza had picked up an astropathic plea for aid. Upon arrival you investigated the situation: The most important bit was the presence of Inquisitor Rykehuss and a division of Guard on the planet: The Inquisitor had taken most of the division with him into the mines - and sealed the door behind him. That was 16 days ago and no word since.
Maxi, Haxtes and Jarra went in by a secondary route (backed up by some Arbites). Inside you found no soldiers, but a hellish environment of corruption and warp-spawned zombies. At the end of the day Inquisitor Rykehuss turned up with a girl, the was a nuclear explosion down in the deep, and a few survivor made it out. The Inquisitor was not one of them.
So you sort of inherited the girl. Her name is Eisha, but you didn't learn that until later because the girl would not speak. She was good at drawing though. Including drawing stuff she could not possibly know. Like the face of Maxi's mother.
By rights you should all have been shot and incinerated - no way you were pure after that stay in the deep. But Inquisitor Ahmazzi of Ordo Malleus screened you and declared you to be free of taint - and free to go.
Next stop: Scintilla, the jewel of Calixis.
